A selection of two different cold cereals served with 2% and whole milks on ice, fresh berries and dried fruit.
Fresh, Seasonal Fruit and Parfait Bar
Whole, chilled fruits (apples/pears/bananas/etc.) for the taking as well as fresh cut fruit (melons/pineapple/grapes/berries/tropical fruits/etc.), served with flavored yogurts and granola and an assortment of yogurt parfaits in crocks.
Steel Cut Oatmeal Bar
Thick cut ‘kettle’ oats served hot with chef’s rotating selection of garnishes (fresh or dried fruit/brown sugar/butter/milk/maple syrup/etc.)
Smoked Seafood Display
A variety of thinly sliced smoked salmon and Trout garnished with traditional garnishes (egg whites egg yolks/capers/red onion/scallions) and served with thinly sliced sourdough crostini, toasted bagel chips, crackers, and whipped chive cream cheese.
Chef Attended Omelet Station
Featuring whole eggs and egg whites, this manned station will produce eggs any style and offer custom omelets made to order including an assortment of classic ingredients (mushrooms/roasted peppers/cheeses/onions/assorted fresh vegetables, Meats /etc.)
